The breakfast offered was fresh and flavorful, making for a pleasant start to each day, though options were limited.
Our room was quite noisy with sound traveling easily from adjacent rooms, which made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

great location but the electricity goes out during breakfast, how charming! also, the staff's shrugging shoulders were an absolute delight when I reported the lack of hot water. as a solo traveler, I thought I might receive a complimentary gesture for all my troubles, but I was clearly mistaken. not worth recommending, really.

The location was ideal for our family, especially with two teenagers in tow. We loved that the water bus stops were a quick 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the beautiful sights of Venice. The views from our room were amazing.
In my wife's opinion, the check-in process could be more straightforward.

We had an awesome time at this spot, especially with the easy access to nearby attractions! Breakfast was a delight. the view over the canal while we ate was a highlight. Make sure to check out the local market nearby for some snacks. The staff was super helpful and friendly, making our stay a memorable one!
Unfortunately, there was an issue with the hot water during our stay, which was a bit of a hassle. Also, we had a hard time finding the place initially since there wasn't a clear sign outside.
